Policy

APPOINTMENT POLICY:

– We do not charge deposits for appointments and kindly request that you respect our technicians by being punctual with your bookings.
– If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. After this time frame, repeated instances of no-shows (three or more) will result in future appointment requests being declined.
– If you anticipate being 5-10 minutes late, please inform us promptly. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation after 10 minutes, and you will need to walk in with the next available technician for service.
– We only accept reschedules or cancellations by calling directly at (682) 400-8820 or by calling or texting (469) 686 – 4453. We DO NOT accept reschedules or cancellations via email, Facebook, or Instagram.

POLICY

– No refund. We offer beauty services based on expertise and skill, rather than a commercial transaction. Therefore, payment is required after you have received the service. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please inform the manager while you are still at the salon or before you leave.
Regarding products used during the service, if you are not happy with the result, we are always available to provide guidance and make adjustments. However, if you remain dissatisfied, we may need to remove the product from your fingernails and toenails.

– We don’t accept any checks or Visa gift cards.
– We don’t accept nail take-off only for any powder if you had your nails done elsewhere because we do not know exactly which nail style and how it was done. This could affect your nail health if we remove the nails incorrectly.
– We don’t cut the ingrown toenails for any reason. You need to see a specialist for an opinion. Instead, we gently clean the entire surface of your fingernails or toenails. If you have signs of nail diseases including psoriasis, fungal infections, warts, and more, we reserve the right to refuse service for your safety.
– Children are always welcome at the salon. Please supervise them at all times as we are not responsible for their safety. Keep them quiet to not disturb other customers.
– We reserve the right to refuse service when you hold a baby in your arms as it can be very inconvenient. We hope you understand.
– We are not responsible for children left unattended. Minors should seek parental consent before using the service. We do not have the authority to offer advice or instructions to customers, so we will not accept the excuse of ‘my mother does not like it’ or ‘my mother does not agree’ for a refund.
– We are not responsible for your lost or stolen belongings or damaged clothes.
– Due to other services in our spa, please keep your conversations and ringtones low.
– Due to the spread of viruses, we reserve the right to refuse service to any patrons with an open wound.
– We reserve the right to refuse service to any patrons causing problems or disruptions in our spa.
– No pets allowed.
GUARANTEE POLICY:

– We guarantee all types of nails related to powder and gel polish for 10 days. Traditional polish is not guaranteed.
